Shauna Winters was our Real Estate Agent for the purchase of our home in Herriman last year. And I put her through the ringer! Being a first-timer, I made her go through the entire REPC with me word for word before I would sign it. She did it gladly. Until 10:00 at night! Then, when it came time to start looking at places, we spent the better part of two months – every night – traipsing through house after house. She never complained. In Herriman, we found, the market isn’t exactly conducive to indecisive buyers. Things move very, very quickly.
