A Utah native, Shauna started her real estate career in 1999 in Nevada while her husband was on temporary assignment in Las Vegas. After a year, they moved back to their home in Taylorsville where she earned her Utah real estate license. She was a solo producing agent for over 16 years. In 2016 she lead an expansion team for the LUXRE Group at Keller Williams Utah Realtors. In 2018 she decided to start her own team and focus her leadership skills on areas of the business that matter to her most. The majority of Shauna’s business comes from satisfied client referrals and past clients. Most consumers find harsh sales tactics offensive; Shauna realizes this and makes sure to provide her clients with the information and options they need to make the best decision for their life. From there, she helps them accomplish their real estate goals, whether selling, buying, or investing in real estate. The proof is in the wonderful testimonials she has received. The feedback she hears most is she is honest, trustworthy, and always has her clients’ best interests in mind.

Shauna holds a Pricing Strategy Advisor Designation and is currently working on a Real Estate Negotiating Expert designation to ensure her clients get the best price due to her exceptional negotiating skills. Shauna has served on The Agent Leadership Board of Keller Williams since 2020 and has served on the education, production, and events committees. Shauna has received Bronze, Silver, and Platinum production awards since 2016. However, the award she is most proud of receiving is the Keller Williams Culture Award for 2020. This award is proof that she honors and practices the values of Keller Williams with her clients and peers.

Shauna volunteered many years as a Parent Advocate to Teen Moms and Primary Children’s Festival of Trees. For the last few years, she has been on the committee for the Greater Salt Lake Boys and Girls Club Spring Fundraising Gala. She is passionate about giving all children a safe environment and empowering them in their life goals.

In her off time, Shauna enjoys spending time with her two adult sons, two Cocker Spaniels, and her amazing husband of 28 years. She also has a serious passion for traveling and loves a good belly laugh with friends. Her bucket list is to visit almost every country.
